My goal is to support you in discovering who you are without fear or sadness weighing you down and help you create meaningful, positive, lasting changes in your life. While we often can’t control a lot of what life throws at us, we can absolutely change how we respond, and that’s where I come in.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, ensuring that the methods I use are both effective and grounded in research. I have an interactive style of therapy that is engaged, compassionate, and focused on your strengths. My sessions also include some laughter because therapy should not just be sadness and tears!

I’ve worked in community mental health, forensic mental health, and private practice for over 14 years. In all these settings, I realized that traditional talk therapy often does not provide the healing and lasting change people are looking for. This led me to seek out different types of therapy that promote real and lasting self-compassion and change. ​My practice is inclusive, and I’m committed to creating a space where you feel safe and supported.
